Hi, I'm Bryan and I built Daily Shift because I needed it.
In September of 2022, our daughter signed up for cross country at school. I thought I would join her to train, only to find out that I couldn't even make it 1 lap around the park. Gasping for air on the grass, right then and there, I made a decision: I will not be "that" Dad. I want to show up for her, with her (and our 2 boys), now, and for years to come.
I've since lost almost 100 pounds, rediscovered movement, and been in the pursuit of a healthy, active life. My goal is simple - to be happy, healthy and active and get the most out of life. For my kids, for my wife, for myself, and for our future.
The book Atomic Habits flipped a switch for me. Change doesn't have to be hard or scary. Change comes from small, consistent actions; small shifts in how we show up every day. I built Daily Shifts to be the tool I use to stay consistent, accountable and in charge of my daily habits. I hope it helps you, too!
